On a teleconference Monday, Kentucky Coach John Calipari questioned whether guards Ryan Harrow and/or Julius Mays will play against Duke Tuesday.
Harrow is still fighting the flu and hasn’t practiced since UK’s opener against Maryland Friday night, Calipari said.
“If he can practice (Monday), he’ll make the trip,” Calipari said. “If he cannot go (Monday), probably, in all likelihood, (he) will not make the trip to Atlanta.”
Mays apparently has taken a blow near his left eye. He wore a bandage over the eye in the Maryland game.
Swelling has closed the eye, causing Mays to miss Sunday’s workouts, Calipari said.
UK is “trying to see what that means,” the coach said.
