The Southeastern Conference named DeMarcus Cousins its Player of the Week for last week.
Cousins averaged 18.5 points and 15.0 rebounds in UK victories over Hartford and Louisville. Against Louisville, he had 18 points and 18 rebounds. The 18 rebounds equaled his career high.
He scored 19 points and grabbed 12 rebounds in 19 minutes against Hartford earlier in the week.
The SEC named John Jenkins of Vanderbilt as its Freshman of the Week.

I’m surprised that no one has commented on the Refs assessing a foul based on the replay. Is this not setting a precedent ? Based on what Wall said, should they not have reviewed the tape then? And Wall was not makeing the “gunhand” move, just offering to shake hands.
