Cal offers coaches a clinic on Oct. 17

The day after Big Blue Madness, Kentucky Coach John Calipari intends to hold a basketball clinic for coaches. Madness is Oct. 16 and the clinic is Oct. 17.

The UK men’s basketball program has announced the date for the 2009 Coaches Clinic.

The clinic will be held on Saturday, Oct. 17 at the Joe Craft Center. It will include presentations from UK Head Coach John Calipari and his staff as well two practices. All registrants will also receive a free t-shirt and clipboard.

Cost for the clinic is $75 and registration will take place at 8:00 a.m. ET the morning of the clinic outside the main entrance of the Joe Craft Center.
