The Memphis Commercial Appeal posted a story at 8:14 p.m. EDT concerning allegations of major rules violations during the John Calipari era as basketball coach. Calipari, now in his first two months as Kentucky coach, was not named in the allegations.
The allegations involve academic fraud, the improper spending of more than $2,000 in travel and an improper phone call to the mother of a prospective student-athlete.
In its notice of allegations, the NCAA asked that Calipari be present when the Committee on Infractions considers the Memphis response at its June 5-7 meeting in Indianapolis.

HAHAHAHA!!!!
I thought that Todd and Barnhart had looked into all of this and assured us there was no baggage following Calipari. Another bang up job Mitch. I am blown away by his recruiting work he has done for UK, but would not a safe ascent with Travis Ford been better in the long term when everyone’s common sense told them this was a danger.
Tip of the iceburg here. Expect Memphis insiders that are now revealing themselves as the ” woman scorned ” to come out of the woodwork and shovel their confirmed dirt on Calipari.
