Jerry Tipton on UK basketball

UK released its 2008-09 season prospectus Tuesday afternoon. It includes profiles of DeAndre Liggins and Kevin Galloway, two players whose eligibility seemingly remains in limbo.

UK has not declared either having passed the NCAA Clearing House. Liggins, who seems in line ot be the starting point guard, had to have his high school transcript and entrance exam score approved by the Clearing House, his prep school coach said earlier in the year.

The UK prospectus does not mention the Clearing House, giving the impression that Liggins and Galloway have been approved by the Clearing House.
